It’s been fairly quiet lately at blog, there are few updates
missing, everything was caused by loads
of staff going around since i got back from Uganda. Had to fix everything at
university, started hard trainings, exams came and during blink of an eye i looked
into calendar and it IS already march! Insane how the time passed. As i spent
whole exam session working as snowbord instructor i got arrears again with some
upcoming projects will keep me busy for a while again.
But i hope to keep my blog updated from now on. 2nd of march
i’ve been at Water and Wind trade fairs doing freestyle exhibition which had
alot of audience, thanks to everybody who came for it! And prelection about
last year World Cups adventure.
Now Im focused at Winter Nationals which are coming at
23.03.13. Through all winter i was doing „dry trainings” based on dynamic
strength building , then Uganda and back to it. I started flatwater pool
training 2 weeks ago and i’ve found out how big boost it gave to my paddling!
If i were to describe my paddling before i would say it was based on feeling
and reacting to water – what i really loved about it but now i can see that in
critical moments im able to add strength pulls and pushes which can push me
over the edge when neccesery. Now my plan
is to do even harder trainings with finally hitting gym , extra pool swimming
and dozen of running intervals to aim 45 seconds submaximum efforts.
One more thing – this year Uganda trip thanks to Peter and
Magazyn Żeglarski will be broadcasted at Polish TV at last Thursday of march –
here is short trailer of it.
Whole update will come up with video so stay in tune!
